Apartments are equipped with fridge/freezer, electric cooker (four rings, grill and oven), crockery, cooking utensils, washing machine and hot water power on solar panels. In general all apartments are adequately equipped for normal holiday use, even though all have a water reserve tank, during the dry season if a water shortage occurs there may be a need to control water usage.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Linen mostly consists of two sheets, a pillow case and a towel per person. Please bring your beach towel or any extra towels you may require. The apartments are clean on arrival and not during your stay. Additional cleaning and changes of linen may be possible for a charge payable locally. In order to leave your apartment in a reasonable condition, you are requested to do a minimum cleanup, which includes:
– Disposal of all rubbish, perishables and bottles from the property.
– Leaving all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery thoroughly clean, dry and stored away.
Failure to apply this courtesy may result in a deduction of the cost of extra cleaning from your breakage deposit held with us.
A deposit of 50% of the total fees must be paid to secure the booking. Deposit is non-refundable. Balances are due 10 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival date, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking. We confirm bookings after we receive confirmation of payment by bank transfer.
Rates include 15% VAT, electricity and water. A breakage deposit of 150 Euros is requested for stay of a week or more.
Bookings to 31 days before arrival – loss of deposit at 50% Less than 30 days before arrival 100%. We are unable to refund for unused accommodation due to the late arrival, no show or earlier departure. We strongly recommend that you take adequate travel insurance to cover these costs.
If it is necessary to change your accommodation after you have paid the balance, an alternative accommodation of at least equal standard will be offered where is possible. If any alternative offered is not acceptable, we shall refund all monies paid to us. We cannot accept liabilities in respect to any cost you may incur in respect of any other service of product, including flights, you may have purchased independently.
The apartments will be available freshly cleaned to guests from 15:00 to 20:00 hrs on Sat/Sun and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure.
